Klenzy Inc – Terms & Conditions
- Laundry deliveries will be made within 72 hours.
- Dry cleaning garments will be delivered within 120 hours.
- Urgent delivery of garments will be charged at 50% extra.
- For free pick-up and delivery, laundry orders should be 6 kg or more.
- Every effort is made to deliver clothes on time; however, in unforeseen circumstances, if the delivery is delayed, customers will be updated about revised delivery times.
- Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery.
- Klenzy Inc is not responsible for fastness/running of colour, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments/embroidery work during the cleaning process.
- Every effort is made to remove stains, but Klenzy Inc will not be responsible for stubborn or un-removable stains.
- All articles are accepted strictly at the customer’s risk.
- Garments not collected within 15 days from the scheduled delivery date will not be the responsibility of Klenzy Inc for upkeep or condition.
- We accept no liability for loss or damage of clothes arising due to fire, burglary, or other unforeseen events.
- The tariff for garments will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the complexity of the garment. The rates mentioned in the price list are indicative and minimal.
- Cleaning methods will be selected by our trained technicians as best suited for each garment. We do not use technologies like Perchloroethylene or Hydrocarbon; instead, we use gentle and eco-friendly wash processes such as emulsifier wash, premium detergents, softeners, and soft wash for delicate garments.
- We are active on all major social media platforms.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Pune only.
- We may use images of your clothes for promotional purposes with appropriate discretion.
- Prices may vary from store to store and from city to city.
- In case of damages, the maximum compensation payable by Klenzy Inc will be INR 1,500 only.
Force Majeure
Klenzy Inc shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, riots, terrorism, labour strikes, government actions, pandemics, or any other unforeseen events. In such cases, Klenzy Inc will make all
reasonable efforts to inform customers about delays or disruptions as soon as possible.
